RMU build Gen-1.5: V. Reference Information - Checking number of internal drives

Ensure the RMU is powered off.

Connect a crash cart to the RMU. Ensure that you connect the VGA & Keyboard.

Power it on and press the Del key repeatedly to enter System Setup (BIOS).

Use the arrow keys to scroll over to Save and Exit.

Under Boot Override, count the number of hard drive entries.

Note: Normally in the RMUs, there will be one or two drives total.

Power off the server
