Rewards after 48 months

As part of the process for the nodes receiving rewards after 48 months, Gen-1 Node Providers have to update their reward configuration, as detailed here.

Given this transition window, MI Servers will take the opportunity to migrate to the HSM-less deployment method, which is currently widely used by many (Gen-2) Node Providers.

This will mean migrating the 42 nodes in ST1 (14) and PH1 (28) to new Node Operator records, which will be configured with the post-48-month reward configuration. The previous Node Operator records for ST1(tcn4t-xktz4-qm6yk-udidk-m5ays-paeqx-xaevx-hb3fj-nvocf-vr5yq-yqe) and PH1 (5bnm2-ul7nx-s2xfc-3mzzu-2yfyz-lu2xp-65epq-43o3y-qs7y3-jv2uc-yae) will be deprecated and removed once the migration to the new Node Operator records are complete.

The 28 Nodes in CH3 will be transferred to a new Node Provider, as outlined in the statement above.
