Here is where you should start:

• Go through everything on this wiki and make sure you understand everything there.
• This page usually lists the current status of the target topology and whether the IC has room for more nodes.
  • You can still register to become a NP first, as preparation for when the topology has openings.
• Get involved in the forums where discussions regarding upcoming changes, concerns, questions, etc take place.
  • You can post here if you're an available buyer. Note that you must be registered and approved as a NP first.
  • You can also see if any current NPs have posted nodes for sale here.
